We provide accommodation for families that PCS in or out of the Spangdahlem and Bitburg communities. Guests who are traveling with families will find a home away from home in our TLF units located in the Spangdahlem housing area. The TLF units are not the standard one-bedroom units found at other bases. All of the units include full kitchens, living rooms, full baths, Washers/dryers and balconies with table and chairs. The kitchen is supplied with cookware, dishes, and silverware for guests to use while in the TLF unit. We have units to accommodate any size family.
The units are available in two bedroom, one bath, three bedrooms, two baths and four bedrooms with two baths. We also have Soap dispensers, ice machines and vending machines in each building. Our facility also includes a mini fitness/playroom center with one cross trainer and two bike machines a TV and DVD player. For the children staying in TLF the playroom which is located in building 409 A basement is equipped with several toys to play with, and there are also two outdoor playgrounds.
We try to make every guest's stay with us as enjoyable as possible. We also offer pet friendly TLF's. These rooms are quite popular and fill up fast. A $10.00 per night additional charge for these units.
