The operations department is the key to the success of our "back of the house" functions. They are not as visual as the guest reception staff but are just as important in running a successful facility. Our operations department consists of three areas that include custodians, labors, and maintenance personnel. The labor's responsibilities include cleaning of common area, linen sorting and distribution, landscaping work, and other simple manual tasks. The maintenance employee's responsibilities include minor construction and repair and help maintain the facilities operations. The housekeeper's responsibilities are to maintain the rooms to the highest quality for all guests that stay in our lodging facility. Some duties include vacuuming, dusting and polishing, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
The custodians, laborers, and maintenance personnel are constantly working to make every guest's stay a pleasant one. The staff is trained in multiple hospitality areas and they all enjoy an efficient and cooperative work environment.
