Once the guest arrives our exceptional guest reception staff welcomes them. Guest reception is the most visible department within the lodging facility and is the focal point of all activity that occurs within the facility.
The guest reception responsibilities include receiving and confirming room reservations, registering and assigning rooms, calculating and posting room charges to guest accounts, accepting payment and assisting in check-out and sales of convenience items to guests. In addition, the guest reception is the guest's primary source of help when questions, concerns or comments about lodging or surrounding areas arise during their stay with us. The guest reception offers a variety of items to be purchased that include beverages, snacks, and personal items. Additionally, we have a selection of souvenir items and local gifts available for our guests to purchase.
Above all, the employees working guest reception are invariably friendly and helpful, and are a good source of information. We will make every effort to serve you quickly and help make your stay less confusing and as comfortable as possible. They are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day and are just a phone call away.
