Employment opportunities may be for a regular position, or a flex position. Regular employees are scheduled to work between 20 and 40 hours per week and are eligible for life and health insurance, ten annual paid holidays and annual and sick leave. Regular employees are entitled to participate in the FSS retirement plan and employer matching 401(K) savings plan after one year of service. Regular employees are eligible to use most base facilities, including free use of the fitness centers.
