Family Child Care (FCC) is an alternative option that offers care for children in a home environment, and allows for more flexible childcare times.
The FCC program provides care full-time, part-time, weekend, hourly and Extended Duty in the homes of licensed childcare providers whose homes are either on base or in government-leased housing. The in-home providers undergo extensive training, background checks and home inspections prior to licensing. The program is available for children from six weeks to 12 years of age.
