Give Parents a Break:
This program is offered one Friday evening each month, 6:30 -11:30 p.m. The location alternates each month between theSpangdahlem or Bitburg CDC. The Give Parents A Break program is designed for overstressed parents. Certificates for GPAB Care can be picked up through the sponsors First Sergeant, Family Support Center, CDC Director, and other helping services on the base.

Our programs offer quality child care for children ages six weeks - five years. We continuously provide training to the staff to ensure they provide a positive experience for your child.
Registration:
Please provide: Current LES statements, Current Shot Records, and Emergency information. A contract and additional information is provided at the front desk of each facility. Priorities are given to single or dual working families. For more information please call or come by the facility at any time.
